In order to become a member of Phuc Sinh, one must completely fulfill the following requirements:

-Must be of 17 years or older.
-Must be actively involved in choir activities within 3 months.
-Must read a particular passage of text in Vietnamese fluently.
-Must sing a newly practiced song correctly.

Each permanent member of Phuc Sinh will obtain the following benefits:

-Male: A tie.
-Female: Fabric for a long dress.
-A special and extravagant wedding mass, a memorable gift on the wedding day, and a totally free performance by the band Angel Heart (must book the band in advance).
-A sophisticated memorial mass upon passing away and an annual remembrance mass in the month of All Saints.
-Aside from all, immediate family members will also receive benefits and rewards from the hard work and sacrifice put out by a permanent member.
